— Alterations —
Alterations to any of my existing designs, such as re-colouring, can be requested. These alterations may be subject to additional charges dependant on the scale of change required. Please contact me and I can give you a quote.
— Bespoke Orders —
Custom designs can be created. The client is to provide ideas and images to show the theme and style of stationery required, however I will not copy or recreate another designers’ work.
There will be an initial design fee of £200 and then the cost of any products you decide to order. The design fee will cover the research and design phase and will include a printed sample. You will then have the chance to review your design and I can make any amendments required, up to 2 amended digital proofs are included. If you still require changes to the design after the third proof is provided there will be an additional charge, the amount being subject to the level of change.
Once I have created a design for you (usually for an invitation or save the date), I can use this across any other products you require so you won’t have to pay a design fee each time.
Bay and Blossom Design Studio reserves the right to offer any bespoke designs created to other customers after the wedding has taken place. Bespoke designs may also be used to promote products after the wedding date.

— Handmade and Printing Variations —
Designs are produced from initial hand drawn or painted imagery, then digitally processed.
The printed collections are all digitally printed onto Gesso 300gsm card stock.
Please note that colours may appear different on screen compared to the printed product. Due to the print production process, samples may sometimes have minor differences to the final products. There may also be slight product variations in the printed colour, size and card texture.
— Payment —
An initial deposit of 50% is required at the point of order. The balance is due once the final proofs have been agreed and before any printing can commence.
The bespoke design fee is payable in full before any designing can commence.
Payments can be made by either bank transfer or Paypal. Paypal will incur a 3.4% transaction fee which will be added to your invoice.
— Prices —
Prices are subject to change, however once a deposit has been received the price quoted will be secured, unless the design brief changes.
— Proofing —
You will be emailed digital proofs for your approval before the stationery goes into production. It is your responsibility to check these proofs carefully, and advise me of any alterations that may be required. After the initial proofs, you will have two free sets of amendments. Any changes required after this point will be charged at £10 per additional proof required. Once any alterations have been made, and you are happy with your proofs you will need to confirm via email that the printing can go ahead.
I recommend you print off your proofs, so you can review the print size of the font etc but please note that the printed colours may vary.
If any changes are required after the approval of the proofs and a re-print is needed, this will be invoiced as a complete new order.
— Samples —
Samples are available to order here. Unfortunately samples cannot be personalised.
— Time Scale and Booking —
During busy periods and due to the bespoke nature of the stationery, I usually require a minimum of 6/8 weeks for production on an order. I can sometimes carry out orders within a shorter timescale, please contact me to discuss your requirements.
I ask for a 50% deposit to confirm a booking, and this will book your slot for me to produce your order. I will advise you of the estimated completion date at the time of booking.
— Wording —
You will be required to submit all wording for your stationery through email or a Microsoft Word file.
